ESTeSL, ESSUAlg and SGS organize the first conference on Health Technology Assessment and Quality Management (ICHTAQM2012).
There are strategic intervention areas in the health sector, being also support tools in the definitions and assessment policies and results. Thus, enhancing a better use of resources with the consequent improvement of the quality of services provided.
Being the HTA a new area in Portugal any subject included in, benefit from contribute of all those who want to participate in this scientific event.
In the current times we live in, where the emphasis is more on scarcity than abundance, we are compelled to be promoters of hope, pointing out creative solutions, capable of differentiating and creating value for the various challenges that arise in society, the professions in the educational community.
Do better with fewer resources, or perhaps with new features, is the challenge that we are placed.
We believe that the most fertile ground for innovation and implementation of creative solutions is the sharing of ideas and dialogue among the main stakeholders.
Thus, congregate on February 3rd and 4th the business community, the academic community as well as society in general by organizing a conference on three subjects;
i) Corporate in which entrepreneurs are given a space during a whole meaning to promote the actions they consider more pertinent in the sphere of this conference subject.
ii) Workshop in which the academic community considers stressing a strong practical and applied component to introduce several actuality subjects of interest.
iii) Board in which enterprises, academy and society bring up into public debate relevant subjects in the area of Health Technology Assessment and Quality Management.
